How it works
Parcels do not always survive transport. If your projector arrives broken, if it does not switch on or if the picture does not appear, send nothing back: a photo is enough for us to establish the problem and refund you or send you another unit, at our expense.
This falls under the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers you for two years from delivery and costs you nothing. If you simply want to change your mind, withdrawal is what you need.
