You withdraw from your order, without having to justify it, within fourteen days of receipt. The product must be returned complete, and return costs are yours.

Parcel arrived broken, device that no longer switches on, picture that does not appear. A photo is enough: send nothing back, we refund or replace at our expense.

The projector is electrical equipment. On that basis, we take back your old device of the same type free of charge, at the place of delivery, when you buy a new one. This take-back is free and, for small devices, carries no obligation to buy.
To benefit from it, write to us before or at the time of your order, stating the device to be taken back and your delivery address. You can also drop your used equipment off free of charge at a recycling centre or at the collection points provided for that purpose.
Electrical equipment is not thrown away with household waste: it contains materials to be recycled and substances to be treated separately.
Your guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for two years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Invoking them costs you nothing.
